Delivery Policy



  1. Bertos Brownies bake for orders received. Please be aware that at busy times this may affect delivery time.

  2. Bertos Brownies dispatch goods using a national courier company or Royal Mail postal services based on business needs and delivery pricing/flexibility. Goods will be dispatched as soon as they are available.

  3. If Bertos Brownies receives no communication from you within 7 days of delivery regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed to have received the goods as described and with no problems.

  4. Bertos Brownies cannot be responsible for incorrect address information. We will endeavour to deal with any issue, but if a wrong address is provided, we may not be able to resolve the issue, and a refund will not be issued.
