Do you offer gluten free brownies?Yes, we have Gluten Free options on our menu. However due to the nature of our bakery we cannot guarantee that any of our brownies are free from allergens.

What allergens are there in the brownies?All our regular brownies contain milk, eggs, gluten, soya and there may be traces of nut too as our kitchen is not nut free!

Are your brownies Halal?Our brownies are always vegetarian unless stated otherwise.

What courier service do you use?We use DPD Local. You will receive a text or email updating you when your parcel is dispatched and a time window for delivery. This is a fully tracked service.

Do you ship on weekends?Unfortunately, no, not at the moment - we only ship our brownies Monday to Thursdays.

When will my order be delivered?We will aim to dispatch all orders received as soon as possible and this can happen as soon as the same day but might take up to three working days. We cannot be more specific as this changes on a day to day basis depending on how many orders we receive, and what has been baked that day. Orders are usually delivered the following day after dispatch. We do not guarantee delivery dates, and here’s some of the reasons why: We have receieved an incorrect address(es). You or the recipient may not be in to receive the package. The courier will not leave the parcel unattended unless you have left instructions otherwise.

Where do you deliver to?We deliver throughout the UK. Our standard shipping includes postcodes in England, Wales & the majority of Scotland. However, our couriers charge extra to deliver to the Scottish Islands and Highlands as well as Northern Ireland or Channel Islands.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?You can get in touch with us to request a specific delivery date. If you leave a message as to when you would like your brownies to be delivered, we will do our best to deliver on the date that you have requested. Please note that specific delivery requests cannot always be guaranteed.

When you do post out orders?We post orders out Monday to Thursday. Any orders made after 12 noon on Thursday wont be posted until the following Monday. We use a courier service, once your brownies leave our bakery, they will be delivered to you the following day. If you live in Ireland, the Highlands and Islands or certain parts of Dundee or Aberdeen, it can take slightly longer. If you are not sure if anyone is going to be home when your order is due to be delivered, remember to leave instructions so we can ask the driver to leave them with someone else or in a designated safe place.

Can I collect my order from your local bakery?Yes. You can collect your order from one of our local locations - just select the location from the list when making your order online.

Do you do commercial, corporate or private events?We are able to supply our delicious brownies to a variety of events and we can cater to suit your needs. If you have questions about residential, corporate or wholesale deliveries (or anything of this nature) please contact us.

What is your stance on returns, refunds & exchanges?Our brownies, are perishable items and unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund on your order. However, please do contact us if you have any problems and we will definitely see what we can do to resolve the problem for you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, first contact us, and then send the item for return to our address: 8 Chancellor St, Glasgow, G11 5RQ You can find our full retruns policy here.
