How long do the brownies keep for?
Our brownies keep for seven days at room temperature and two weeks in the fridge, and can be frozen for up to three months.
What courier service do you use ?
We now use DPD Local .You will receive a text or email updating you when your parcel is dispatched and a time window for delivery .This is a fully tracked service .
Do You Ship On Weekends ?
Unfortunately not at the moment we only ship our brownies Monday to Thursdays .
Do You Offer Gluten Free Brownies ?
Yes, we have Gluten Free options on our menu. However due to the nature of our bakery we cannot guarantee that any of our brownies are free from allergens.
What allergens are there in the brownies?
All our regular brownies contain milk, eggs, gluten, soya and there may be traces of nut too as our kitchen is not nut free!
Are your brownies Halal?
Our brownies are always vegetarian unless stated otherwise.
How do I add a gift note?
Just write it in the add a message section in the basket.
When will my order be delivered?
We will aim to dispatch all orders received as soon as possible and this can happen as soon as the same day but might take up to three working days. We cannot be more specific as this changes on a day to day basis depending on how many orders we receive, and what has been baked that day. Orders are usually delivered the following day after dispatch. We do not guarantee delivery dates, and here’s some of the reasons why: Incorrect addresses or you or the recipient may not be in to receive the package .The courier will not leave the parcel unattended unless you have left instructions otherwise . Where do you deliver ?
We deliver throughout the UK. Our standard shipping includes postcodes in England, Wales & the majority of Scotland. However, our couriers charge extra to deliver to the Scottish Islands and Highlands as well as Northern Ireland or Channel Islands.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes. If you leave a message as to when you would like your brownies to be delivered we will do our best to deliver on the date that you have requested
Our brownies, are perishable items and unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, please do contact us if you have any problems and we will definitely see what we can do to resolve the problem for you.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to our return address to deal with them.
